Get Cash for Class! You can, with a Trico Scholarship
As a Trico member or immediate family member of a Trico member, you can get cash for school with a Trico Foundation Scholarship!
Each year the Trico Foundation awards 22 scholarships totaling $70,840 to eligible Trico Members or their dependents. Students attending two-year schools can receive $1,840 toward tuition, while students attending four-year schools can receive $4,600 toward tuition.
The deadline has passed for this year, but we'll be opening the applications process again this fall. check back for updates!
Students wishing to apply for the scholarship must:
- Be a Trico Member or a family member of a Trico member.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student (i.e., carry a coarse load of 12 credit hours).
- Send an official copy of their transcript to Trico with their scholarship application.
- Include at least one letter of reference with their scholarship application. (They may send more if they wish.)
- Sign the application. (If the applicant is the child/dependent of a Trico member, the Trico member must sign the application.)
- Use the scholarship awards in the 2008-2009 academic year.
Please note that scholarships cannot be combined.
The Trico Foundation is a non-profit organization that grants scholarships to Trico members. The Trico Foundation Trust is funded by Trico members’ unclaimed capital credit checks.
