If there is no drop down menu displayed then you can just click ont the menu link and it will take you to your destination. Is Your Page Not Displaying Properly?
We have tried to make our website as user friendly as possible, however some of the features incorporated into the site have been created for newer web browsers. Please make sure your web browser is up to date, not only for viewing benefits of our site, but because of added security enhancements that are updated for the web browsers by their vendors. We have tested this site with Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari, Netscape, and Opera 9+. If you are using another browser we have not mentioned and you have questions please let us know at help@trico.coop.
Below are some answers to common questions. Click on any selection for more information.
You can submit an address change/update by going to our Ebill (Consumer Self Serve) site. If you are not already signed up to access this free service you will need to sign up which you can do by clicking here.
Once you have logged into the Ebill site you will see a section called Service My Account.

You can also perform this using our Automated Bill Pay and Inquiry System. To do this just call (520) 744-2944 and select option 3, then option 4. You will need to have your account number ready. The system will ask you to input your account number and then it will ask you to input your 10 digit phone number. Example: 5201234567
We have set up an example bill that you can navigate around and it will explain what each different piece of your electric bill is. Click here to open the example. If you have further questions don't hesitate to call our Member Representatives and they will be happy to assist you.

While we strive to always provide the level of customer service that meets if not exceeds the expectations of our membership, eliminating the paper statements entirely for auto-pay members in favor of electronic communication would not be a successful strategy at this time. Members change their email addresses often and do not always update us accordingly. Some Internet Service Providers treat the emailed statement as spam and block the statement from ever reaching the intended recipient. We receive hundreds of returned emails each week which indicate to us that if we did not also send a “traditional” statement as backup to any electronic format, many people would not receive their bill. Therefore, we have decided that two forms of communication to our auto-pay members are better than one. Electronic forms such as auto-pay notification to replace traditional paper statements will always be an area that we explore.
