What is cost of dial-up Internet service?
The new price of unlimited dial-up service is $14.95 per month for an Internet-only account. Discounts may apply if Internet is bundled with other products.
How do I get a discounted Internet rate?
If you bundle an unlimited dial-up Internet plan with TRICO/TWN’s long distance service for a one-year term, you save $1.00 per month on your dial-up Internet service. If you also add paperless e-bill to your bundle, you qualify for a savings of $2.00 per month on your Internet service and a discounted rate on your state-to-state calls! Certain restrictions and early termination fees may apply – please call (866) 897-7366 for details.
How often will I receive a bill?
TWN sends monthly bills for service. You will receive your bill on or about the same day every month.
What are my billing options?

How can I pay my bill?
TWN accepts money orders, checks, credit cards and electronic bank withdrawals. Please note – All automatic bill payments must be made with TWN. The proper paperwork can be found in your first TRICO/TWN invoice.

How do I get Power-Up Internet Accelerator?
A simple download. Please refer to the instructions that came with your account or call a TWN customer service rep.
What is the disconnection fee?
If you are on a no-term Internet plan, there are no disconnect or early termination fees. If you subscribe to a 1-year discounted bundle-term plan, you will be subject to a $30.00 disconnect fee as well as an early termination fee equivalent to 3 months of Internet access charges.
