 Welcome to Trico!

Dear New Trico Member,
I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you as a new member of Trico Electric Cooperative, a notfor-profit electric utility. I hope I have the chance to meet you at a future cooperative event or annual meeting.

In the coming months, you’re going to notice that Trico does things a little differently. Trico is owned by you, our members, our customers. As a customer and an owner of the business, you have a say in how we operate. The Trico Board of Directors, which is nominated and elected by you, the member, guides all Trico’s business decisions and has a direct impact on the company’s direction and focus. If you choose, you can even run for a seat on the board of directors or take part on one of the many cooperative advisory panels.

And, last but not least, as a member of a not-for-profit electric cooperative, you also share in any profits the cooperative earns. Our mission is to provide you with outstanding service at every point along the line, from the power plant, to the power lines, to your home. If there is anything we can do to make your experience as a Trico member/owner better, please let us know.
