Trico News:

Over the next seven months Trico will be consolidating all of the Green Valley, Arivaca and Sahuarita areas into one billing cycle at the end of the month. As the billing dates are adjusted, the accounts will be billed progressively later each month, roughly three to four days.

Why is Trico doing this? Over the next two years, Trico will be upgrading portions of the Green Valley electrical substation. This will affect Trico's automated meter reading system, which means meters must be manually read. With the current billing schedule, this would lead to excessive meter reading costs. By changing the billing dates, costs can be minimized.

This is just part of Trico's ongoing committment to operating in the most effective, cost-effective manner possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 744-2944.
